Mill House Restoration

 

       

 

  Codorus State Park is excited about the acquisition of the old Mill House on Black Rock Road.  The future plans for the house is a historic rental house that will have 4 bedrooms, 2 master bedrooms, 1-6 bunk bed room and one ADA bedroom that sleeps 2.  The other amenities of the house will have:  boat dock, washer and dryer, freezer and a downstairs historic room with fireplace.  This room will be restored to its 1700's appearance.  No target date has been set for opening.  We have lots of remodeling to do in the bathrooms and electricity.  Check back for updates.
